Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Success Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that our French-speaking clients achieve their goals!

  

### Responsibilities

-   Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers, offering exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
-   Timely respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
-   Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and help them realize the benefits of our solutions.
-   Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
-   Document all customer interactions and suggest improvements within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to leverage upselling opportunities and foster customer engagement.
-   Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance the support provided to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service or customer success roles is highly preferred.
-   Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
-   Highly organized with great attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
-   A positive attitude and a genuine passion for aiding customer success.
