## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Game Chat Moderator to join a dynamic team in ensuring a safe and friendly environment for online gaming communities. As a Game Chat Moderator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring chat interactions, fostering positive communication, and maintaining community standards.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Monitor in-game chat and interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
-   Engage with players to promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
-   Identify, address, and escalate inappropriate behavior and content promptly.
-   Respond to player inquiries and provide support related to chat moderation policies.
-   Document moderation actions taken and maintain accurate records for reporting.
-   Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and community engagement.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Experience in online moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
-   Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in moderating content.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
-   Passion for gaming and creating a positive user experience in online communities.
