**Physical Therapist**

**Job Summary**

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in **Boca Raton, FL** is hiring a **Physical Therapist** to provide hands-on care in a patient-focused setting. This role is ideal for a PT who wants time to treat well, build strong patient relationships, and work in a clinic that values quality over high-volume care.

You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide recovery, and help people return to daily activities, work, sports, and movement with confidence.

**Position Details**  
**Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Office  
**Patient Volume:** 2 patients per hour  
**Schedule:** Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
-   Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
-   Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
-   Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery timelines, and injury prevention
-   Complete clear and timely documentation
-   Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff to support smooth patient care
-   Help maintain a positive and professional clinic environment

## Requirements

-   Active **Florida Physical Therapist License**
-   **DPT or MSPT Degree**
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
-   Interest in orthopedic outpatient care
