## Description

We are looking for a **Dispatcher** to join our operations team and handle the coordination and monitoring of daily delivery orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order distribution and processing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Receive and organize delivery orders.
-   Distribute orders to drivers based on location and priority.
-   Transfer and reassign orders when required.
-   Enter and update order information accurately in the system.
-   Monitor order status and ensure proper completion.
-   Conduct regular order and data inventory checks.
-   Follow up on delays or operational issues and coordinate solutions.
-   Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations throughout the night shift.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in dispatching, delivery, logistics, or operations is preferred.
-   Good computer and data-entry skills.
-   Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
-   Good communication and coordination skills.
-   Willingness to work the night shift.
-   Good knowledge of Baghdad areas is an advantage.
