Mercier Consultancy is proud to present an exciting opportunity for an Italian Sales Agent to join a leading Telecommunications Company based in Athens, Greece. As an Italian Customer Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with Italian-speaking customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored telecommunications solutions. You will play a key role in fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to the company's growth and success.

### Responsibilities

-   Engage with Italian-speaking customers to promote telecommunications solutions.
-   Promote and sell telecommunications products and services effectively
-   Provide accurate information, answer questions, and resolve customer inquiries
-   Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
-   Monitor market trends and provide feedback to optimize sales strategies
-   Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
-   Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-   Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven attitude
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-   Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus
-   Willingness to work in Athens, Greece
