We are currently seeking a talented: **Senior Data Engineer**

Are you a data engineering pro who loves to roll up your sleeves, build scalable solutions, and actually see your work make an impact? We’re on the lookout for a **Data Engineer** who’s both **technically sharp and execution-focused** — someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges and turning them into reliable, production-ready solutions.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Design and build **robust, scalable data pipelines and data solutions** that enable our teams to make smart, data-driven decisions.
-   Develop and maintain data solutions using **Microsoft Fabric**, **Power BI**, and other elements of the modern data stack.
-   Build and optimize **ETL/ELT pipelines**, data transformations, and data models.
-   Implement **access controls, CI/CD pipelines, versioning**, and **data quality checks** that make our data trustworthy and secure.
-   Set up and maintain **data observability and monitoring** to keep things running smoothly (and catch issues before they become problems).
-   Integrate data from various internal and external sources while ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
-   Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business folks to turn messy data into meaningful insights.

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Strong experience building and maintaining **production-grade data pipelines and data solutions**.
-   Strong knowledge of **SQL** and experience working with large and complex datasets.
-   Hands-on experience with **ETL/ELT processes, data integration, data transformation, and data modeling**.
-   Experience with **Microsoft Fabric**, **Power BI**, and cloud data ecosystems.
-   Good understanding of **data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures**.
-   Experience with **data infrastructure, DevOps for data**, and modern engineering workflows (CI/CD, Git, etc.).
-   Understanding of **data governance, security, access management, and data quality**.
-   Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing **data pipelines and workloads**.
-   A genuine passion for solving problems and building clean, efficient, scalable systems.
-   You’re collaborative, hands-on, and always thinking a few steps ahead.

**We offer:**
