We are looking for a proactive and analytical **Operations & Commercial Excellence Trainee** to support international commercial and operational activities. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to strategic projects, stakeholder management, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while working in a fast-growing and dynamic sector.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across different countries, contributing to initiatives that support operational excellence, customer engagement, and the development of sustainable energy solutions.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Support the monitoring and follow-up of strategic projects, operational activities, and commercial opportunities across multiple geographies.
-   Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards, and management materials to support decision-making.
-   Collect, analyse, and consolidate operational, commercial, financial, and market information from different teams and countries.
-   Support the monitoring of business opportunities, customer activities, and key performance indicators through CRM and reporting tools.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardisation, and operational efficiency projects.
-   Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and action tracking.
-   Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
-   Collaborate with different stakeholders across countries and functional areas, ensuring effective coordination and information flow.
-   Support the development and maintenance of reporting templates, management tools, and business documentation.
-   Contribute to strategic and cross-functional initiatives related to renewable energy, sustainability, and energy transition.

**Experience & Profile**

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Sustainability, or a related field
-   Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, decarbonisation, and the energy transition
-   Analytical mindset with the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative information
-   Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sense of ownership
-   Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and international environment.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-   Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity, data analysis, and business processes
-   Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
-   Additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or others will be considered a plus.
