## Description

-   1+ year in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.
-   Experience with B2B lead generation.
-   Experience with paid social, retargeting, display campaigns.
-   Managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
-   Experience working with landing pages and conversion funnels.
-   Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools.
-   Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns.
-   Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and funnel logic.
-   Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL/CAC.
-   Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimization.
-   Understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion setup.
-   Ability to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
-   Data-driven decision-making.
-   Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Design.

## Requirements

-   Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across key channels.
-   Generate and scale qualified leads through performance marketing.
-   Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, CAC, and pipeline impact.
-   Test new channels, audiences, creatives, and campaign approaches.
-   Work closely with Product Marketing Manager on messaging, offers, and funnels.
-   Monitor and improve conversion performance across the funnel.
-   Ensure correct tracking, attribution, and reporting setup.
-   Provide regular performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
