**Job Summary**

SSC HR Solutions is looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle various HR responsibilities, onboarding and compliance. You will play a critical role in facilitating a positive organizational culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Employee Relations:** Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, feedback, and concerns, fostering a supportive work environment.
-   **Compliance:** Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
-   **HR Administration:** Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

-   Experienced in Payroll & Personnel.
-   Has strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
-   Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Maximum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
-   Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and regulations.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-   High level of integrity and professionalism.

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Experience with employee training and development programs.
-   Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics.
-   Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
