## Description

AlWatania Information Systems is searching for a strategic and results-driven SAP Account Manager to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our SAP client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and leverage your knowledge of SAP solutions to offer tailored recommendations that promote growth and efficiency.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with key SAP clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
-   Understand client needs and objectives, proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional services or solutions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions and projects.
-   Monitor account performance, address any issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-   Prepare regular account reports and updates for clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
-   Assist in contract renewals and negotiations to strengthen client relationships.
-   Stay current on SAP trends, updates, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the SAP or technology sector.
-   Strong understanding of SAP solutions, including their capabilities and benefits.
-   Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
-   Proven ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused approach.
-   Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
