## Description

**Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)**

**Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth**  
**Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**  
**$115,000–$120,000 per year**

**Position Summary**

Spend your workday providing therapy from home to clients across Arkansas. This position is centered on scheduled counseling appointments, thoughtful follow-through, and keeping each case moving without unnecessary administrative work. You’ll have a regular weekday schedule and the independence to manage your sessions while still having support available when a situation calls for it.

**What You’ll Handle**

-   Lead virtual counseling sessions with clients throughout Arkansas
-   Work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties
-   Notice when a client’s situation is changing and respond appropriately
-   Keep notes concise, accurate, and completed on time
-   Flag urgent or higher-risk concerns when they come up
-   Join case discussions when another viewpoint would be useful
-   Maintain privacy, professional boundaries, and ethical standards
-   Meet Arkansas licensing requirements for your profession

## Requirements

-   Active Arkansas license as **LCSW, LPC, or LMFT**
-   Master’s degree in a mental health field
-   At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
-   Familiarity with telehealth platforms
-   Reliable time management and clinical judgment
