### Responsibilities

-   Operate your own sprinter van safely and efficiently to transport expedite freight across OTR and regional routes.
-   Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight while adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies.
-   Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatchers, customers, and company management.
-   Conduct routine inspections and upkeep of your vehicle to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
-   Manage all necessary documentation including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and logbooks accurately.
-   Navigate routes using GPS and other tools to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.
-   Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly to the appropriate company contacts.

## Requirements

-   Must be an owner-operator with a reliable and well-maintained sprinter van suitable for expedite freight.
-   Valid CDL or appropriate commercial driving license as required for the routes and freight type.
-   Proven experience driving sprinter vans or similar vehicles in OTR or regional freight operations.
-   Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and hours-of-service compliance.
-   Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
-   Ability to manage paperwork accurately and maintain detailed delivery and vehicle logs.
-   Availability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some extended routes as needed.
