## Description

**Monday-Friday | No Travel | No Residential Work | Sign On Bonus**

D&L LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to support our growing operations in Cayce/Columbia area! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and working on large scale industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

This position is local to Cayce, SC with no travel and no residential service calls!

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
-   Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
-   Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and controls issues
-   Communicate professionally with customers
-   Mon - Fri work, no travel
-   Work safely and represent our company with pride
-   Accurately document serviced work, parts used and recommendations

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   5+ Years of HVAC Service experience
-   Supervisory or Crew Lead Experience
-   Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
-   EPA Universal (Required)
-   Valid driver’s license with clean record (Required)
-   Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
-   Ability to work independently
-   Able to communicate with the customer on findings & recommendations
