## Description

Okie Staffing is currently hiring for an **Assembly** position to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling parts and components accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assemble products or parts according to detailed instructions, blueprints, or specifications
-   Use hand and power tools to fit, join, and secure components
-   Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
-   Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
-   Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to supervisors

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-   Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
-   Ability to use hand and power tools safely
-   Attention to detail and strong work ethic
-   Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills
