**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Compliance Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct regular field audits of commercial activities, including HCP visits, promotional events, cycle meetings, and new launches.
-   Monitor the distribution, use, and storage of promotional materials based on the company's strategy and policies.
-   Identify areas of risk and improvement, delivering insightful solutions based on live monitoring activities.
-   Audit digital tools and platforms, including sales trends, field force visits, and activities.
-   Audit the third-party and vendors engaged in commercial operations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

-   1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical field auditing.
-   Strong analytical, observation, and reporting skills.
-   High ethical standards, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
-   Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
