## Description

LV Petroleum is a leading provider of fuel and convenience services, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at our travel centers. We are currently searching for a friendly and efficient **Porters** to join our BRAND NEW team, where customer satisfaction is our top priority.

WALK-INS INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays between 11am - 4pm inside our travel center located at 2801 US-59, Rosenberg, TX.

**Position: Porter**

LV Petroleum is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Porters to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both our customers and employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform routine cleaning tasks in various areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
-   Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
-   Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems.
-   Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any significant repairs needed to management.
-   Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed.
-   Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
-   Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as necessary.

**Position: Cashier**

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions with accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers leave satisfied and happy with their experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Customer Interaction:** Greet customers enthusiastically and provide assistance with their orders and inquiries.
-   **Transaction Handling:** Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
-   **Menu Familiarity:** Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to assist customers effectively.
-   **Cleanliness and Organization:** Keep the cashier area and dining space clean and organized for a pleasant customer experience.
-   **Team Support:** Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a smooth workflow.
-   **Stock Management:** Assist in monitoring inventory levels and help restock items as needed

## Requirements

**Skills:** Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and transactions.

**Communication:** Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
