## Description

**Position:** Admin / Customer Service

**Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

**Full-Time, Remote Work.**

**Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR)

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
-   Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
-   Maintain organized records and files to ensure efficient operations.
-   Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
-   Assist with resolving customer issues and escalating them when necessary.
-   Support daily operational tasks to improve process efficiency and client satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office tools.
-   Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
-   Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
