## Description

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading Joint Venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world-class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - MEP to join JASARA PMC. This role will lead the procurement activities for MEP-related material categories ensuring technically compliant, commercially competitive and strategically aligned MPAs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with QMM objectives.
-   Lead EOI, PQQ, RFP, evaluation, BAFO, recommendation and award processes.
-   Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants and cost consultants.
-   Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification and supplier capability assessments.
-   Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies and award recommendations.
-   Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals and stakeholder communications.

## Requirements

-   10+ years procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages.
-   Strong understanding of MEP systems, supplier markets, technical interfaces and commercial drivers.
-   Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.
-   Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.
-   Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
