## Description

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Slovak-Speaking Travel Support Agent to join our team in Greece with a fully paid relocation package. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an exciting travel support environment while living in one of the most beautiful and culturally rich countries in Europe.

As a Slovak-Speaking Travel Support Agent, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers by providing exceptional support related to their travel bookings and inquiries on Booking.com. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for travelers.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent travel support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related queries
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak and English (both spoken and written) is essential
-   You must specify your nationality and native language in your application
-   Right to live and work in Greece, or EU citizenship
