## Description

Mid-size law firm with multiple offices nationwide is looking for a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized to help on our Accounts Payable team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

_·       Entering vendor invoices for multiple offices_

_·       Vendor Maintenance_

_·       Filing_

_·       Scanning_

_·       Reconciling vendor accounts_

_·       Special Projects_

## Requirements

Requirements:

_·       Proficiency in Microsoft office_

_·       Ability to work well in a team environment_

_·       Ability to handle a large volume of work while ensuring a high level of accuracy_

_·       Strong attention to detail and proofreading necessary_

·       Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing

·       Previous work history in a law firm setting is beneficial but not required.

·       Must be committed to providing superior customer service to vendors and attorneys while producing a high-quality work product

Ability to commute daily to the Chicago office

**Salary**: $47,000 – $59,000
