### Responsibilities

-   Provide top-tier customer support to Slovak and English-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to digital products and services, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while guiding customers through solutions.
-   Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records and facilitate follow-up.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive support solutions to clients.
-   Monitor and collect feedback to contribute to improvements in service delivery and product offerings.
-   Stay informed about the latest digital trends and company services to provide informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a technical support role, is an advantage.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
-   Aptitude for learning new technologies and digital products.
-   Experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
