Prep Cook (Biscuit Maker) — Vicious Biscuit

What You Need

-   No experience required — we'll train you
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
-   Available to work weekends and early mornings
-   Eligible to work in the U.S.
-   Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)
-   Basic cooking, baking, or food safety knowledge a plus

The Role

As a Prep Cook and Biscuit Maker, you'll set the kitchen up for a great day — making our biscuits and prepping ingredients so the line can deliver. You'll:

-   Mix, shape, and bake biscuits to our recipe and quality standards
-   Prep ingredients and menu items with consistent portioning
-   Properly store and label food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness
-   Keep your workspace clean, organized, and stocked
-   Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
-   Work with the kitchen team to keep service flowing
