## Description

**Position: Lead Generator and Appointment Setter**

**Location: Remote (US Hours 9am-5pm EST)**

**Type: Full-Time**

### Key Responsibilities

-   Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
-   Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to set appointments with prospective clients and stakeholders.
-   Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication to engage potential clients effectively.
-   Update and manage lead information accurately in CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
-   Track and report on lead generation and appointment setting metrics regularly.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting roles.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
-   Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Reliable internet connection and capability to manage workload effectively during US business hours.
