## Description

CURA of Watkins is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Overnight Nurse Supervisor** to join our team. Our facility is a **5-Star CMS-rated facility** and a **deficiency-free building**, and we are committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to our residents.

### Position Details

-   **Position:** Overnight Nurse Supervisor
-   **Status:** Full-Time
-   **Shift:** 12-hour overnight shifts
-   **Hours:** **6:00 PM – 6:30 AM**
-   **Schedule:** **Every other weekend**
-   **Location:** Watkins, Minnesota
-   Wage: Starting at $28.25 plus $4 more an hour for night

### Position Summary

The Overnight Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight during the overnight shift while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This position works closely with nursing staff, residents, families, providers, and facility leadership to promote excellent clinical outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
-   Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed.
-   Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
-   Ensure physician orders, treatments, medications, and care plans are followed.
-   Communicate significant resident changes and concerns to providers, families, and leadership as appropriate.
-   Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
-   Promote compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and standards of nursing practice.
-   Support a positive, respectful, team-oriented work environment.
-   Participate in quality improvement and resident-safety initiatives.
-   Provide leadership and guidance to staff while maintaining a resident-centered approach.

## Requirements

-   Current **Minnesota LPN license** in good standing.
-   Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during the overnight shift.
-   Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
-   Ability to work the required **12-hour overnight schedule and every other weekend**.
