## Description

**Responsibilities:**

-   Perform end-to-end handling of saturation listings, including Detection, Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization.
-   Identify and detect saturation listings across multiple e-commerce and online platforms.
-   Conduct thorough cleansing and investigation of detected listings to determine whether they are counterfeit or legitimate, in accordance with established guidelines.
-   Accurately categorize each listing and ensure all relevant information is properly documented and reported to the client.
-   Maintain consistent and professional communication with the client regarding findings, updates, and clarifications.
-   Ensure that weekly Saturation Detection outputs are processed and completed within the required timeline.
-   Perform Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization tasks efficiently using the Unified
-   View system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

## Requirements

-   **ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR**
-   Good communication skills, both verbal and written
-   Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Ability to work with minimal supervision
-   Has experience in back-office / data entry work
-   Has experience in repetitive work
-   Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
-   Basic understanding of databases
-   Must be capable of performing Detection, Cleansing, and Investigation tasks
-   Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
