### **Swedish-Speaking Regional CRM Manager (iGaming)**

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company within iGaming and online entertainment – we are looking for an experienced **Swedish-speaking Regional CRM Manager** to take full ownership of the Swedish market.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who truly understands Swedish player behaviour, local regulations, and CRM best practices, and who wants real influence over strategy, execution, and results.

### **The Role**

As Regional CRM Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the full customer lifecycle strategy for Sweden. Your mission is simple (but not easy): drive engagement, retention, and long-term player value through smart, compliant, and data-driven CRM initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with product, content, design, and data teams, while acting as the go-to person for everything CRM related in your market.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and manage localized CRM strategies for the Swedish market (Email, SMS, push, onsite messaging, etc.)
-   Own and optimize the full customer journey: onboarding, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation
-   Plan, execute, and evaluate CRM campaigns with a strong focus on segmentation, personalization, and ROI
-   Analyze performance and proactively act on insights related to retention, conversion, CLV, and churn
-   Ensure all CRM activities comply with local regulations and responsible gaming standards
-   Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful communication
-   Act as the main point of contact for all CRM initiatives related to Sweden

## Requirements

-   **Native Swedish speaker** with proven experience working with the **Swedish market**
-   Fluent in English, written and spoken
-   3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment
-   Strong understanding of Swedish user behaviour, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
-   Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar
-   Highly data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
-   Structured, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
