As Assistant Principal, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping both student success and teacher growth. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to lead with purpose, inspire educators, and transform lives.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

-   **Coach and Develop Educators  
    **Use the Framework for Teaching to observe, evaluate, and support teachers through meaningful feedback and individualized growth plans.
-   **Lead Instructional Excellence**  
    Oversee curriculum development, alignment, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality instruction across all classrooms.
-   **Support New Teachers**  
    Manage the Teacher Induction Program and mentor new educators to set them up for long-term success.
-   **Drive Student Success Programs**  
    Plan and supervise Extended School Year (ESY) and credit recovery programs.
-   **Build Strong Partnerships**  
    Serve as a key liaison between families, school districts, advocates, and staff—facilitating collaboration and communication.
-   **Ensure Compliance & Operations**  
    Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to all educational and legal requirements.

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Special Education or related field with principal certification required
-   Valid PA Special Education teaching certification required
-   Minimum of three years of professional experience in an educational setting related to the instructional process required
-   Supervisory experience preferred
-   Must be at least 21 years of age
-   Valid PA driver’s license and car insurance
