### About the Company

Our partner is a fast-growing, seed-stage AI infrastructure startup building an end-to-end testing and observability platform for conversational AI, spanning both voice and chat agents. In under a year they have surpassed seven figures in ARR, backed by top-tier investors, and count global enterprises and Fortune 500 brands among their customers.

### The Opportunity

As Head of Marketing, you will own the marketing function at a company known for bold, unconventional campaigns. This is a hybrid creative and technical role, you will pair standout, out-of-the-box brand marketing with a strong command of SEO and GEO, and help lead the company's move into a product-led growth motion.

You will have wide latitude to experiment and set the marketing vision, working directly with the founders in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Own and shape the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
-   Design and execute creative, out-of-the-box campaigns that stand out in a crowded market.
-   Lead SEO and GEO strategy to drive organic discovery and growth.
-   Build the product marketing motion as the company shifts toward product-led growth.
-   Partner closely with the founders and GTM team to align marketing with revenue goals.

### Requirements

-   A hybrid marketer who is both highly creative and technically fluent.
-   Strong understanding of SEO and GEO.
-   A track record of inventive, memorable marketing campaigns.
-   Experience at a pre-Series C startup, with comfort in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
-   Bias for action and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
-   Able to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
