**Expedite Services – Logistics Operations Specialist - Atlanta, GA**  

**NIGHT SHIFT - 11 pm - 7 am ideal- however flexible**

**Technical & Administrative Skills**

-   Strong knowledge of U.S. geography and major logistics hubs
-   Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and internal tracking software
-   Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot documentation in high volume
-   Excel skills for tracking shipments, creating quotes, or compiling performance data

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

-   Full-time availability + open to overtime
-   Previous experience in expedite, airfreight, or time-critical logistics is a strong advantage
-   Sharp problem solver with a customer-first mindset
-   High integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail
-   Excellent phone and email communication skills

## Requirements

**Your Responsibilities**

-   Route time-sensitive shipments for maximum speed and profitability
-   Coordinate with airlines, drivers, delivery agents, and internal teams
-   Own the customer relationship—communicate with confidence, urgency, and clarity
-   Monitor every detail from booking through delivery with full visibility
-   Solve real-time problems with calm under pressure and fast decision-making
-   Support new and existing accounts with smart, tailored logistics solutions
-   Build and manage relationships with top-tier carriers
-   Generate accurate quotes, process documentation, and follow strict procedural compliance
-   Collaborate with accounting to flag billing anomalies
-   Provide after-hours emergency logistics support (overnight preferred: 11 PM–7 AM)
