## Description

Plateful is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer kitchen brand creating premium, safety-focused cookware and kitchen products. We focus on non-toxic materials, durability, and trusted performance, building products designed to earn a lasting place in customers' homes.

As our Industrial Design Product Manager, you will help shape how new products come to life and contribute to the growth of the category. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, sourcing, and commercial decision-making, with close collaboration across leadership and external partners to bring thoughtful, high-quality products to market.

### Responsibilities

-   Own the product pipeline from concept to launch.
-   Brief and manage external industrial designers, packaging designers, and factory design teams.
-   Drive the commercial side of product expansion.
-   Work directly with the CEO, the China sourcing team, and suppliers to take new products from idea to shelf-ready.
-   Build the business case for each launch, including costs, pricing, and margins.

## Requirements

-   3+ years managing physical consumer product development (cookware, kitchenware, or home goods a plus)
-   Experience owning product development across the full lifecycle, from concept development through factory handoff, packaging, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration
-   Experience briefing and managing external industrial designers, packaging designers, or factory engineering teams
-   Strong commercial instincts: costs, pricing, margins, and what makes a product worth launching
-   Experience with Google Workspace
-   Experience working with China-based manufacturers and suppliers a plus
-   Great taste and high standards for premium product and packaging design
-   Experience with safety-focused materials and cookware or kitchen appliances a plus
-   Experience with ClickUp a plus
-   Fluent English and available during Central European Time business hours

## Benefits

-   $60,000-$90,000 annual salary
