**Full-Time Telehealth LMFT | Remote Therapy Role in Maryland**

**Job Summary**

A growing behavioral health team is hiring a **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist** to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Maryland. This role focuses on helping clients improve communication, manage stress, strengthen relationships, and work through personal or family-related challenges.

As a remote LMFT, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform and provide thoughtful, structured therapy that supports real progress. You will work with individuals, couples, and families while maintaining high standards for documentation, privacy, and clinical care.

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with Maryland-based clients
-   Provide counseling for couples, families, and individual clients
-   Assess client needs and create clear, measurable treatment goals
-   Support clients dealing with relationship strain, parenting concerns, family transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief
-   Maintain complete and timely clinical records
-   Use family systems knowledge and other evidence-informed therapy methods
-   Follow ethical, legal, and professional guidelines for remote therapy
-   Coordinate referrals or additional support when client needs require it
-   Protect client privacy in every virtual session and communication

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
-   Active **LMFT license in Maryland** in good standing
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform
-   Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
-   Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

## Benefits

-   $115,000–$120,000 per year

-   Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
