This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in customer service and are eager to support clients in a dynamic and growing sector.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to construction products, services, and order management.
-   Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
-   Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
-   Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
-   Stay informed about the latest developments in the construction industry to better assist clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related industries.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
-   A proactive and positive attitude towards helping customers achieve their goals.
