## Description

Overview:  
Zyg seeks a technical powerhouse to serve as VP of R&D, leading the development of cutting-edge technology to power our ecommerce publishing platform. This role focuses on building innovative tools for user data profiling, predictive analytics, creative management, and AI-driven content creation.  
Responsibilities:  
● Architect and deliver scalable technology for Zyg’s ecommerce publishing platform, ensuring seamless integration of data accuracy, user insights, and creative tools.  
● Develop predictive models and user data profiling systems to enhance decision-making and personalization at scale.  
● Oversee the creation of AI-driven tools for creative management and content generation.  
● Collaborate with Product, Data, and Platform teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.  
● Foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.  
Requirements:  
● Extensive R&D leadership experience in ecommerce platforms or D2C ecosystems.  
● Strong expertise in machine learning, AI, and deep-tech systems for data and creative solutions.  
● Proven ability to deliver scalable, innovative products that integrate into robust platforms.  
● Exceptional technical skills, with a focus on publishing or performance optimization technologies.
