**The Role**

As a Planner Graduate, you will join our Project Controls and Planning team and develop practical experience in project planning and programme management across major M&E projects.

Working alongside experienced Planners and project teams, you will learn how to develop, monitor and update project programmes, track progress and identify potential delays and risks.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist with the development and maintenance of project programmes.
-   Support project teams with progress updates and reporting.
-   Assist with tracking project milestones and key activities.
-   Support programme updates and schedule analysis.
-   Help identify programme risks, delays and dependencies.
-   Assist with progress reporting and project dashboards.
-   Maintain accurate planning documentation.
-   Work with construction, engineering, commercial and project teams.
-   Develop an understanding of project controls and planning methodologies.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
-   Strong analytical and organisational skills.
-   Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
-   Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
-   Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
-   Good communication skills.
-   Interest in project planning and construction.
-   Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
