## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Senior Analytics professional** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have **4-8 years** of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems.

Proficiency in **SQL, Tableau, R, and Python** (advanced preferred), along with the ability to derive actionable insights, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

### Data Analysis and Insights

-   Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency
-   Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis

### Visualization and Reporting

-   Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance
-   Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights

### Statistical and Predictive Modeling

-   Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models
-   Support data-driven decision-making

### Problem-Solving

-   Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation

### Collaboration

-   Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
-   Help define and execute business strategies

### Stakeholder Management

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

## Requirements

### Technical Skills

-   Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation
-   Strong experience with Tableau for dashboards and reporting
-   Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced preferred)

### Educational Background
