## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Bookkeeper** with hands-on knowledge of **AppFolio property management software**. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and provide occasional customer service support when needed.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform **full-cycle bookkeeping** using **AppFolio**.
-   Manage **Accounts Payable (AP)** and **Accounts Receivable (AR)**.
-   Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments.
-   Conduct **bank and credit card reconciliations** regularly.
-   Maintain accurate financial records through consistent **data entry**.
-   Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
-   Communicate with tenants or property owners when necessary regarding billing or payment inquiries.
-   Ensure records are organized and compliant with company accounting procedures.
