## Description

At peopleworth, we support work where people and performance thrive. As part of our Employer Group, we work with a variety of forward-thinking partners and are excited to share this opportunity that sits within our growing group.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a Senior Growth Lead to own and strengthen the full-funnel growth engine across a portfolio of digital education products. This is a remote, hands-on individual contributor role with significant strategic influence, focused on building measurement infrastructure, identifying high-impact growth opportunities, and running structured experiments that improve enrolments and revenue. The role reports into senior commercial leadership and works closely with product marketing, sales, and broader marketing stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Build and own dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into conversion performance across the full funnel, from first touch through to enrolment.
- Define, implement, and maintain a consistent metrics framework across acquisition, nurture, and conversion channels.
- Translate funnel data into practical insights, recommendations, and decision-ready reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a reliable single source of truth for growth performance across the portfolio.
- Lead conversion rate optimisation across key user journeys, landing pages, forms, calls to action, and application flows.
- Scope and deliver growth infrastructure projects that improve measurement, experimentation, and conversion performance.
- Design, run, and document A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses, success measures, and learning outcomes.
- Review and improve email, SMS, and related communication journeys, including segmentation, sequencing, automation logic, and benchmarking.
- Identify gaps in nurture and re-engagement flows and build improved lifecycle journeys based on behavioural data.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of growth experiments, balancing fast wins with longer-term strategic opportunities, while supporting a wider culture of testing and continuous optimisation.

## Requirements

- Demonstrated experience of 5 or more years in growth marketing, conversion rate optimisation, or a closely related discipline, with a strong record of improving funnel performance and commercial outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including modelling, cohort analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B or multivariate experiments using sound methodology.
- Strong command of funnel analytics, with the ability to interrogate data, identify root causes, and turn insight into action.
- Experience improving forms, applications, or conversion journeys, ideally using Typeform or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or overhauling email nurture programmes and automated communication flows.
- Confident use of AI tools to support research, analysis, content iteration, and workflow automation in a practical, results-focused way.
- Experience operating effectively in startup or scale-up environments with a high degree of autonomy and pace.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to align stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Experience in education, edtech, or learner-focused products would be advantageous.
- Exposure to SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or similar would be beneficial.

## Benefits

- Collaborative, people-centred performance culture.
- Opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- High ownership and visibility in a role with meaningful commercial impact.
- Close collaboration with senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
