**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Senior FP&A & Revenue Analyst** to join our finance team.

**Responsibilities**

-   Own and oversee the reconciliation of revenue, player funds, payment providers and bank balances, ensuring completeness and accuracy across the process.
-   Use our reconciliation software to verify and investigate discrepancies, reconciling payment provider statements with the in-house iGaming platforms, and act as the escalation point for complex or unresolved items.
-   Where inconsistencies emerge, take remedial action, guide others in doing so, or refer to relevant personnel as appropriate.
-   Investigate and resolve discrepancies with cash transactions, reviewing resolutions prepared by junior team members.
-   Review and sign off on reconciliations prepared within the team, ensuring outputs are accurate and complete before they are finalised.
-   Provide day-to-day guidance, support and on-the-job coaching to a junior reconciliation analyst, without direct line-management responsibility.
-   Liaise with the Risk and Payments teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
-   Develop daily cash management and risk mitigation strategies.
-   Set, document and continuously improve the reconciliation process, embedding best practice and consistent standards across the team.
-   Deal with multi-currency financial transactions.
-   Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure smooth operation of all finance-related matters.
-   Support and help coordinate the month, quarter and year-end close process.
-   Participate in and help prioritise ad-hoc activities of the Finance department.
-   Support the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets and periodic financial plans, ensuring that inputs are accurate and aligned with business expectations.
-   Perform variance analysis between actual results, budgets and forecasts, investigate key deviations and provide insights to support management decision-making.
-   Prepare and maintain financial reports and management dashboards, providing relevant insights into revenue, costs, cash flow and overall financial performance.

-   Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics or a related field.
-   Professional experience of a minimum of 4–5 years in finance, controlling, or accounting roles, with a strong focus on reconciliation.
-   Prior experience overseeing, reviewing or coordinating the work of others (e.g. as a senior analyst or informal team lead) is considered a strong asset.
-   Experience in the gambling or e-payments industry is considered a strong asset.
-   Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis software.
-   Previous experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis is considered a strong asset.
-   Great attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
-   Ability to work independently, take initiative, and take ownership of process outcomes.
-   Well-organized, able to meet timelines and prioritise tasks — both your own and, where needed, those of a junior colleague.
-   Fluent verbal and written business communication skills in English.
-   Solid knowledge of accounting terminology and reconciliation principles.
