## Description

**Advansys** is seeking a highly skilled **Senior UI/UX Designer** to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centric digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

You will conduct user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing design best practices within the organization.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and successful projects.
-   Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
-   Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
-   Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
-   Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups effectively communicating design ideas.
-   Strong communication skills to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
-   Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
-   Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
-   Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior designers.
