## Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Accountant / Cost Controller** who can manage daily accounting, financial control, purchasing costs, inventory, payroll, and basic HR administration.

The candidate should be practical and hands-on, with the ability to monitor and control expenses across different areas of the business, including boats and marine operations, fuel, transportation, kitchens/restaurants, stores, staff, and general company expenses.

## Requirements

Preferably **Filipino nationality**.

Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.

Strong experience in accounting and cost control.

Strong knowledge of **Excel and accounting software**.

Experience in **hospitality, tourism, restaurants, marine operations, transportation, or multi-operation companies** is preferred.

Good knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, inventory, and cost control.

Knowledge of **Oman accounting practices, VAT/tax requirements, government portals, payroll, and basic Oman HR procedures** is an advantage.

Good English communication skills.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Must be practical and hands-on, with the ability to **audit expenses, control costs, identify errors or unnecessary spending, and report findings clearly to management**.
