**Position**: Sales representative (French)

**Location:** Remote

As part of our growing Remote Sales & Support team, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and customer support, we'd love to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**

-   Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service
-   Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries
-   Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services
-   Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients

## Requirements

-   Native/Fluent French speaker
-   Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
-   1+ years of experience in a sales role
-   High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
-   Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time)
-   Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
