**Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 15-50 LPA)**

Min Experience: 6 years

Location: Bengaluru, NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Remote (India)

JobType: full-time

This position demands an individual with expertise in **IT staffing, project-based delivery, and resource augmentation**, capable of independently generating new business opportunities within the Indian market.

It is a **hunter role** centered on **acquiring new clients, securing deals, and fostering long-term account development**.

## Requirements

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure **new IT services & staffing clients** throughout the Indian market.

Market and sell **resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services**.

Manage the **complete sales cycle**: from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with **CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers**.

Collaborate closely with the **recruitment team** to ensure smooth deployment of resources.

Keep a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Grow current accounts by placing additional consultants and resources.

Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
