## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Good knowledge of SQL / PL/SQLfor data retrieval, reporting, and data analysis.
-   Good Java programming skills with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug.
-   Excellent presentation and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Basic understanding of enterprise systems and Oracle-based applications.
-   Basic knowledge or experience in the utilities sector, particularly the water industry, is considered a strong advantage.
