Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated **Junior Site Manager** to join our team on a major hyperscale data centre project in **Vaasa, Finland**. This is a **site-based rotational role**, operating on a **3-week rotation with a long weekend at home**. **Flights and accommodation are provided.**

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
-   Assist in coordinating labour resources and subcontractors to meet programme requirements.
-   Support the procurement and delivery of materials in line with project schedules.
-   Coordinate plant and equipment to ensure efficient site operations.
-   Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
-   Assist with site quality assurance procedures, inspections and snagging.
-   Support the preparation and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
-   Monitor site progress and assist in preparing weekly progress reports.
-   Attend site coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
-   Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, meeting minutes and photographic records.
-   Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve programme and commercial objectives.
-   Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
-   Promote and maintain Crown's safety-first culture and professional standards at all times.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Construction-related qualification in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
-   Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Junior Site Manager within the construction industry.
-   Experience within roofing, cladding, façade or building envelope projects is highly desirable.
-   Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
-   Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
-   Full, current driving licence.
-   Willingness to work on a rotational basis in Vaasa, Finland.
