**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)**

**Location:** Massachusetts  
**Salary:** $115,000 - $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday  
**Setting:** Telehealth / Remote

This Massachusetts telehealth therapist role is ideal for licensed professionals who want to provide high-quality mental health services in a remote setting. You will work with clients through secure online sessions while maintaining clinical professionalism, documentation standards, and a consistent weekday schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual therapy services to clients located in Massachusetts
-   Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
-   Support clients using ethical and evidence-informed counseling practices
-   Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
-   Maintain a confidential, respectful, and professional online care experience

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active Massachusetts license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
-   Experience in therapy, counseling, or clinical social work
-   Comfortable working in a telehealth / remote setting
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to provide consistent, client-centered care
