As our Steward II, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

**Your Impact**

You will support day-to-day operations, support team performance, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered. You’ll act as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams—driving accountability, engagement, and results.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Operations & Execution**

**Responsibilities**

-   Operate commercial dishwashing and pot-washing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
-   Wash, rinse, sanitize, dry, sort, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
-   Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing areas, kitchens, storage areas, and other assigned Food & Beverage spaces.
-   Clean and sanitize sinks, dish machines, work areas, shelves, floors, walls, and equipment according to established cleaning schedules.
-   Sweep and mop kitchen and dishwashing areas as needed throughout the shift.
-   Remove trash, recycling, cardboard, and other waste and place materials in designated areas.
-   Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of trash and receiving areas.
-   Handle china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment carefully to minimize breakage and damage.
-   Report damaged, broken, or unsafe equipment to a supervisor.
-   Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory and par levels of china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment.
-   Assist with the movement, storage, and organization of supplies, equipment, and deliveries.
-   Assist Culinary and Banquet teams with equipment and service needs as directed.
-   Clean and sanitize large kitchen equipment and other assigned areas.
-   Follow all chemical handling procedures, including applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.
-   Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices at all times.
-   Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and departmental standards.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
-   Communicate effectively with supervisors, Culinary, Banquets, Restaurants, and other hotel departments.
-   Provide assistance to other Food & Beverage areas as operational needs require.
-   Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Job Specific Requirements**

-   Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
-   Ability to stand during entire shift.
-   Ability to withstand temperature variations, both hot and cold.

**Education**

-   High school diploma or equivalent required
