## Description

We are seeking a Greek-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Athens, supporting customers on behalf of Edenred. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional, friendly and efficient support, ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.

Whether you are responding to everyday enquiries, resolving issues or guiding customers through available services, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of customer care that Edenred is recognised for.

### Key Responsibilities

·       Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat in Greek.

·       Provide accurate information about products, services and customer accounts.

·       Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating more complex cases where appropriate.

·       Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.

·       Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently.

·       Follow company procedures and service standards at all times.

## Requirements

·      You must have a C1/C2 level of **Greek**, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

·      Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

·      You must have a valid EU passport.

·      You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
