In this critical position, you will play a key role in ensuring that our French-speaking customers receive top-notch support and service, which is essential for their overall satisfaction and loyalty.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Act as the primary liaison for French-speaking customers, providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
-   Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and effectively resolving any issues that arise.
-   Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM software to ensure accurate tracking.
-   Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the overall customer experience.
-   Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions that prioritize customer happiness.
-   Stay well-informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable support and recommendations to customers.
-   Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment by sharing ideas and supporting team initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with strong writing and speaking abilities.
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
-   Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
-   Experience with CRM systems and customer support technologies is an advantage.
-   Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing customer inquiries.
-   A genuine passion for creating positive customer experiences and enhancing customer happiness.
