## Description

**Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)**

**Location:** Washington  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**You Will Be Responsible For**

-   Conducting scheduled individual counseling sessions
-   Completing intake assessments and required evaluations
-   Reviewing referrals and determining appropriate clinical needs
-   Establishing treatment goals and updating them as circumstances change
-   Maintaining complete and timely clinical records
-   Coordinating referrals and outside services when appropriate
-   Participating in case consultation or team communication when needed
-   Responding appropriately to clinical or safety concerns
-   Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality

## Requirements

-   Active **Washington LMHC license**
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
-   Experience providing outpatient therapy services
-   Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
