## Description

In line with UAE Labour Law and in support of **Emiratisation initiatives**, **qualified Emirati nationals are encouraged to apply** for the **Maintenance Technician** position supporting an **Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNW) client** based in Dubai. This role requires a reliable and skilled individual responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of residential facilities, while delivering high-quality service and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential facilities and equipment.
-   Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
-   Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing timely solutions.
-   Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
-   Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex maintenance tasks.
-   Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
-   Provide excellent customer service while interacting with family members and guests.
-   Assist in the installation and maintenance of new equipment and systems as needed.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality environments.
-   Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
-   Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-   Formal training or certification in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
-   Demonstrated customer service orientation.
-   Familiarity with maintenance management software is advantageous.
-   Availability for emergency and on-call maintenance as required.
